Hey, I'm Cindy Florkey!

I'm a Functional Nutrition Counselor, Wellness Coach, and Culinary Nutrition Instructor—but more than that, I'm someone who's been where you are.

Fifteen years ago, I crashed. Hard.

Brain fog so thick I couldn't think straight. Exhausted no matter how much I slept. My body felt like it had betrayed me—like I was living in someone else's skin.

The doctors? They brushed me off. Ran some tests. Said everything looked "fine." Told me I was stressed, to exercise more, maybe try an antidepressant.

Nobody mentioned perimenopause. Nobody connected the dots.

I was on a hormonal rollercoaster I didn't even know I was riding—dismissed, frustrated, and completely lost.

So I figured it out myself. Through years of trial and error, I learned what actually worked—gentle, doable changes that honored what my body needed.
