-Meet Cindy

From radiation therapist to health detective.

I have spent more than two decades caring for

-WHERE MY STORY BEGAN

I was looking for answers, too.

I did not plan on becoming a health coach. I was a mom of three, working in healthcare, and doing my best to keep up. Then came the fatigue, the brain fog, and the feeling that my body had stopped making sense.

I asked for help and heard that I was just tired, stressed, or dealing with normal mom life. But I knew my body was trying to tell me something.

So I began to ask better questions. I noticed patterns. I learned what small changes could look like in an already full life. Little by little, I found more energy, clarity, and room to enjoy the things that mattered to me.

As a certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and Wellness Coach with over 20 years in healthcare, my path to this work was personal before it was professional. I didn’t just study fatigue—I lived it. For years, I pushed through exhaustion, brain fog, and a body that felt like it was working against me. What started as a desperate search to feel like myself again led me deep into research, training, and a whole lot of trial and error. Through small but powerful shifts in nutrition, daily habits, and nervous system support, I slowly began to RECLAIM my energy—and with it, my confidence, clarity, and life.

I didn’t set out to become a health coach.

I was just a woman searching for answers. After years of working in the medical field and helping others navigate their health, I suddenly found myself in a body that was shutting down—and no one could tell me why.

I knew something wasn’t right, but every answer I got felt like a dead end. I was exhausted, foggy, and dismissed. And I knew I couldn’t keep living that way.

At the same time, I was a mom of three, completely drained by chronic fatigue that made my body feel heavy, my mind foggy, and my heart disconnected from the life I loved.

No matter what I tried—more sleep, more exercise, more supplements—nothing helped. And every time I asked for help, I was told it was just “normal mom exhaustion.”

But deep down, I knew something more was going on.
And for a while, I felt broken, unseen, and hopeless.

The Turning Point: When I Finally Stopped Pushing and Started Listening

I remember sitting alone, holding back sobs, feeling like I was disappearing inside my own life.

The fatigue was crushing. The brain fog was constant. And no matter how hard I tried, nothing made it better.

Doctors brushed it off as “normal mom exhaustion”—but I knew in my gut something more was going on.

So I became my own health detective.

I stopped blaming myself and started asking better questions. I got curious. I found support. And I began making small, sustainable changes that gave my body a chance to breathe.

It wasn’t quick or perfect.

But step by step, I started to reclaim my energy—and my life.

Hope Restored: How I Got My Energy—and My Life—Back.

I’ll never forget the moment I started to feel like myself again.

Not the foggy, drained version I had gotten used to—but the real me.

The one who laughed more. Showed up fully. Had the energy to enjoy the life I worked so hard for.

It didn’t happen overnight.

But with small, consistent shifts—how I nourished my body, how I moved, how I supported my nervous system—I started to rebuild from the inside out.

Bit by bit, I began to reclaim my energy, my clarity, and my joy.

And with it came a deep sense of purpose.

That’s what led me to become a Functional Nutrition Counselor and Wellness Coach—because no woman should have to figure this out alone.

Now, I help women with chronic health conditions reclaim their energy, their confidence, and their lives—one small, doable step at a time.
