We will take a holistic approach to improving eating habits, movement, sleep, stress, emotions and nurturing the spirit by coming up with an individual plan that works for your needs and schedule. You are unique so the first step is to gather information about the past and present.

 

We do this by:

  • Free 15-minute consultation to see if functional nutrition counseling fits with your needs.

  • Complete Intake History Form

  • Functional Timeline

  • Functional Matrix – help organize information and see key areas we need to work on.

  • Food journal – Track for 5 days what you are currently eating.  This helps us see how your digestion is working and track symptoms.

  • Write up Action Plan

 ***This is just the initial planning and is not a coaching session. This is essential for your individualized coaching sessions.  You may just want this see what areas you may need to work on. 

2 Sessions – 60-90 minutes each - $125

  • 1x1 PRIVATE SINGLE SESSIONS

    I offer 30-60 minute private follow-up sessions online or by phone.

    This includes:

    Review of matrix

    Review of current action plan, improvements and/or symptoms

    Revision of action plan

    Recommendations of lifestyle changes

    $100 per session

  • 3- 6 month private session packages

    My monthly packages help you stay on track.

    This includes the initial assessments and everything in the single session plus e-mail access in-between sessions with a discount.
