After 27 years in healthcare—and my own battle with exhaustion, brain fog, and sleepless nights—I know what it feels like to drag through each day, hoping tomorrow will be better. Doctors brushed me off, telling me “it’s just part of being a mom,” but I knew there had to be another way.

That journey led me to become a Functional Nutrition Counselor and Culinary Nutrition Expert, and now I help women just like you move beyond survival mode into a life of energy, clarity, and joy.
